The Toyota RAV4 is available in several trim levels with a 2.5L engine and 8-speed transmission for an estimated 27 mpg city / 35 mpg highway or 25 mpg city and 33 mpg highway depending on the trim.  Choose from a variety of modes to customize your driving experience.  Some trim levels include AWD but not all.
